Mandiri Taspen faced with challenges as they try to reinvent the way of banking such as security issues because the mobile app will be able to check balances, transfer fund, and other standard banking services as well. Mandiri Taspen, which known for its pension savings have a customer base which is mostly elder which tends to be skeptical towards technology which is another challenge to overcome. Not to mention the regulations stipulated by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan which requires each pension beneficiary must come to the branch to ensure the recipient’s life.
SALT managed to deliver the mobile app which able to address every challenge. To overcome the regulation issue, we added facial recognition feature within the app for validation purpose of the beneficiary’s life which made the app able to comply with the regulation. We assist their technological needs such as CMS, user profile tracking and mobile banking, all of that with ease of use in mind to ensure that their customer did not stumble upon difficulties in using the app.
By working together with SALT, Mandiri Taspen have successfully overcome their challenges and reinvent the way their customers do banking which is beneficial for both customers and the bank itself.
